The Method site was once a home-brew shop, and coincidentally co-founder Sean even worked there! Serendipitous? Maybe, but one thing is for sure – this site is integral to what Method stands for which is making quality, method-driven beer for the Islington locals and surrounding suburbs. We want this place to your second home.

Since its opening in 2020, The Rogue Scholar has been unapologetically unconventional in its approach. We strive to provide a space where all people feel welcome and where ‘customers’ soon become ‘Rocals’ (Rogue Locals). From the high-quality ales, the one-of-a-kind rooftop bar to the strong live music community it has fostered inside its four walls, the experience of The Rogue is like none other in the city. Beer is the heart and music is the soul of the Rogue Scholar!
